The app does not take payments. Everything you pay us is paid on our ticketing platform at events.telanganarunners.com or on our donation page at donate.telanganarunners.com, through our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details.
This policy covers money paid to Telangana Runners. Each event may also publish its own entry and refund terms, and where it does, those terms apply to that event. If the two ever differ, the event's own published terms are the ones that govern your entry to it.
Entry fees are not refundable and not transferable to another person. Your fee is committed before race day to permissions, timing, medical cover, bibs, medals and refreshments, and those costs are incurred whether or not you are able to run.
You can ask to change to a different distance up to 21 days before an event, subject to places being available.
Ask at the expo desk or write to us. A category change is made by us, not by you in the app.
Write to info@TelanganaRunners.com with your registration number and the payment reference. A verified duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded in full to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days.
Your entry moves to the new date at no cost. If you cannot make the new date, write to us and we will carry your entry forward to the next edition instead.
If we cancel for a reason within our control, your entry carries forward to the next edition at no cost.
If an event is cancelled for a reason outside our control, such as a permit being withdrawn, extreme weather, or a public health direction, money already committed to delivering the event cannot be refunded. We will tell you plainly what is being done in that situation.
Donations are voluntary and are not refundable, except where a payment was duplicated or made in error.
Donations to Telangana Runners qualify for exemption under section 80G, and a receipt is emailed to you.
