The Telangana Runners app records your runs, shows you the events you have entered, and gives you your results and certificates afterwards. If something is not working, or you have a question about your account, write to us.

Recording needs location permission, and on some phones it also needs battery optimisation turned off for the app, or the phone stops it in the background. The app shows you how to do this on the recording screen.
Registrations come from our ticketing platform and are matched to your account by mobile number. If you registered with a different number from the one you signed in with, tell us both numbers and we will connect them.
You can do it yourself from the Profile tab in the app. The account deletion page explains the steps, exactly what is removed, and what we are required to keep.
Registering and paying for an event happens on our ticketing platform at events.telanganarunners.com. For the Cardiac Rehab Run, the terms and refund policy cover entries, category changes and cancellations.
Runners under 18 are not timed by our own AntiOxidant timing, in any distance and on any phone. Recording a run by GPS means recording a child's location continuously, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act does not allow that. If their entry carries a chip, the official result from our timing partner still reaches them in the normal way.
You can see it in the app under Profile, then My Details. It cannot be changed there because it decides which category you may enter. Write to us and we will correct it.
